Once your initial inquiry is received, you will receive an email with details of pricing and availability. We will also collect some general information about both you and your business. After details are sent and it is confirmed that you would like to move forward, we will begin the consultation process. The consultation process can take place via phone or video chat. If you have any questions be sure to jot them down prior to ensure that we cover all bases via initial consultation.
Once you have made the decision to move forward with your project, a formal proposal will be sent to you. The proposal will include an invoice and project timeline as well. The proposal may be digitally signed.

In this part of the process, we will need to gather additional. That will be sent via email in order to obtain vital information such as passwords, content, design preferences etc. This will ensure that we have all details to meet your design needs.
This portion of the project allows us to really get to know you and gather a clear visual direction of where you would like to take your business. We will create a mood board based on your feedback in the questionnaires to establish direction for the project. Once you have received the mood board and approved we will then move forward with the final design stage.
Now that we have finalized the details of your design, we will enter the phase to begin digital work on your project. At this time you must provide all content including text, images and any other information applicable to complete your project. Everything will be designed and a link will be sent for your final look so that you may review your project for final revisions. Please note that any delay in content delivery will result in a delay of your project. In addition, once you have had a final review, any additional revisions made after your approval with result in an hourly charge.
